Manager Maintenance & Repair LATAM

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic leader to drive our Maintenance & Repair operations across Latin America.

If you have a strong background in After Sales / Customer Equipment Service , and you’re fluent in English and Portuguese , this role is for you.

What you’ll do :

• Lead regional teams to ensure operational excellence in customer equipment maintenance.
• Implement and optimize SAP-ERP and Salesforce processes.
• Manage KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams and ensure alignment with international standards.

What we’re looking for :

Based in LATAM (Mexico or Brazil preferred) | 25–30% travel required
