They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Qualifications
~ Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
~5+ years' experience in Human Resources at least
~ Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
~ Experience as a Human Resources Manager in a production plant
~ Experience managing teams of over 1500 people
~ Experience with unions
