Key Responsibilities :
- Full-cycle recruitment and selection for operational roles
- Payroll management, including statutory contributions and benefits
- Employee relations, union negotiations, contracts, and workplace issues
- Training programs, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in fast-paced environmentsStrong knowledge of Mexican labor laws, payroll regulations, health & safety regulations, and statutory benefitsFluency in Spanish and English required
