React Native + Supabase Engineer (Part-time, 3 weeks)

About the Company

We’re building a minimalist meditation app with a focus on simplicity and impact. The MVP has already been launched, and now we’re expanding the team to take the product to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to join early, shape critical backend and logic features, and work closely with the founder to scale the product in the wellness space.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled React Native + Supabase Engineer with strong backend experience to support the next phase of development. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing the database, application logic, and integrations to ensure performance and scalability.

This is a short-term, part-time freelance contract (~2–3 weeks) with the possibility of extension depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile features using React Native and Expo.
• Implement and manage backend services with Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage, Realtime).
• Build and optimize application logic, including database modeling and queries.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate directly with the founder and existing developer.
