This role manages a multi-channel team responsible for site refreshes, listing accuracy, asset updates, and content optimization.
The manager ensures product storytelling aligns with campaign and sales goals, while maintaining operational consistency across geographies and platforms.
This role reports to the eCommerce Director and collaborates closely with Brand, Creative, Sales, and Site Experience teams.ResponsibilitiesManage a team of Senior Merchandisers (Brand Sites, Dropship, Marketplaces) and Junior MerchandisersOversee day-to-day execution of updates across Shopify, retailer portals, and marketplacesDefine workflows for content updates, QA, campaign setup, and weekly site refreshesPrioritize team efforts based on launch calendars, product importance, and business needs.Own the merchandising and content calendar across all channelsEnsure consistency of product copy, imagery, sorting, and tagging logicPartner with Brand and Creative to localize and deploy campaign assets in a timely mannerMonitor PDP, PLP, homepage, and A+ content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.Process & Tool OptimizationDefine SOPs for product setup, content QA, and change management across brand sites, dropship portals, and marketplacesCoordinate with the Developer and Analyst to identify automation or content improvement opportunitiesTrack team productivity and asset readiness using tools like Monday or Asana.Reporting & Stakeholder CollaborationMaintain clear documentation and trackers for launches, errors, and performanceCollaborate with Demand Planning on product readiness and allocationPartner with Site Experience to align merchandising strategy with UX performance and CRO experimentsProvide performance feedback to Brand and Creative on content effectiveness (e.g., clicks, conversion)Requirements6+ years in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, or content productionExperience managing multi-level teams and coordinating across sales channelsStrong understanding of product taxonomies, digital content standards, and retailer requirementsHands-on experience with Shopify Plus, marketplace seller portals, CMS, and product syndication toolsDetail-oriented with excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsFluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese and other languages are a plus
