Data Services Specialist

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Rent Roll Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our compliance team in verifying tenant eligibility and rent affordability across our affordable housing portfolio. This contract role is task-based and remote, focused on processing rent roll data and Tnant Income Certifications (TICSs) to ensure properties meet federal, state and local program requirements.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Input and validate rent roll dates using an Excel-based analysis tool.
• Cross-verify tenant income and rent data with TICs and program limits.
• Monitor TIC collection status and document any discrepancies or missing records.
• Identify non-compliant units and flag them for follow-up.
• Produce standardized spreadsheets and concise summaries of findings.
• Assist with reconciliation between rent rolls and agency reporting when needed
