As Sr. Engineer you will provide company product support and technical assistance to sales team, distribution network, and final customers acting as a Donaldson technical representative defining the cutting-edge filtration solution utilizing Industrial Ventilation recommendations, by seeking customer satisfaction, and taking care of business profitability simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the Territory Manager / Sales Reps to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze the technical data inputs given by the customers to propose the technology / product to develop the filtration solution.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Donaldson products and application resolution.
• Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations.
• Develop recommendations to resolve the dust / mist / smoke contamination in the Customer process.
• Carry out regular visits to our customer to evaluate possible solutions to dust / mist / smoke contamination.
• Conducts seminars and training for customer, distribution network and potential customer and partners.

Your Experience for the job :

To be successful in this role, you will need customer-facing experience and demonstrate a strong technical foundation plus 5-10 year experienced as application, product, or any other technical / engineering related position. Knowledge of the ACGIH manual is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineer or any other related engineering discipline or equivalent experience

You will be joining a high-performance Engineering Team and reporting to the regional Engineering Manager
