Job Title : Recruiter (Remote – LATAM-based, EST Hours

Salary Range : $900 / month (USD)

Contract Type : Independent Contractor

Payment Method : Monthly via Payoneer

Location : Remote (must be fluent in English and available during EST core hours)

What You’ll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based roles
• Source proactively using various platforms (Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards etc.)
• Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
• Keep Workable updated and organized daily
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment KPIs - Hire 10 on call techs per week
• Provide a positive and timely candidate experience
• Suggest improvements in job ads, interview questions, or sourcing strategies
