Job Description : About the role :

At DXC we are looking for an enthusiastic and agile SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant for our new S / 4HANA projects.

As a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Leveraging your expertise, you will guide clients through their HR transformation journey, ensuring successful project outcomes and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Solution Design and Implementation :
  • Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into robust SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and customization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management, and Succession Planning.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
  • Client Engagement :
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their HR challenges and strategic goals.
  • Provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, industry trends, and digital HR innovations.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to drive adoption and knowledge transfer.
  • Project Management :
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
  • Manage project execution, monitor progress, and proactively address risks and issues.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support and Maintenance :
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors functionality.
  • Identify opportunities for solution optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration :
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the SAP SuccessFactors practice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, computer science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to completion.
  • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management, and Succession Planning.
  • Strong technical skills in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
