- Squad Lead — Youwill oversee the entire course creation process, with a specialfocus on technical content. You will actively participate inplanning, developing, and reviewing the content, ensuring it meetsboth technical and pedagogicalstandards.
- Quality Improvement — You will driveinnovative course enhancements based on student feedback, insightsfrom the quality assurance team, and metric analysis, ensuring thehighest standards of quality, particularly in our programmingofferings.
- Innovative Learning — Propose andlead new technical learning experiences to enrich courses, such aslive coding labs, practical projects, and interactive programmingexercises.
- Market Research — Perform in-depthmarket research to identify trending technical subjects, developnew programming courses, and evaluate and relaunch existing ones asneeded, ensuring our educational offerings remaincutting-edge.
- Teacher Recruitment — Recruit top-tier teaching talent with strong technical skills andbuild a robust lead list of potential instructors, ensuring eachcourse is led by high-calibereducators.
- Teacher Support — Providecomprehensive support to teachers, including organizing pre-sessionevaluations, offering coaching, and setting clear teachingexpectations.
- Launch Strategy — Collaborateclosely with the marketing team to design, plan, and executeeffective course launch strategies, ensuring optimal promotion andreach.
- 4+years of proven experience combining human-centered designprinciples with data analysis in the educationalfield.
- Demonstrated experience in creatingeffective technology-based learning experiences, with the abilityto integrate technical and pedagogicalknowledge.
- Proficiency in analyzing learningdata and metrics to drive continuous improvement and maintainhigh-quality standards.
- Adaptability to changestrategies as needed, based on outcomes and learnerneeds.
- Strong problem-solving skills with aproactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Provenleadership skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinaryprojects and teams, providing direction and motivation to achievecommon goals.
