Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant in the Santa Fe, Mexico City Area . The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks for executives, including diary management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, the role involves clerical duties such as managing phone calls, emails, and handling correspondence. Effective communication skills are essential as the Personal Assistant will liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
