- Demand Planning Business Partner
- , where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping demand signals across product and customer channels to maximize revenue, profit, and supply chain responsiveness.
- About the Role
- As a key member of the Channel Leadership Team, you will : - Lead the execution of the demand management process across a 24-month horizon. - Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to align forecasts with brand and business strategy. - Drive forecast accuracy and mitigate demand risks through rigorous analysis and stakeholder engagement. - Champion continuous improvement in planning cycles and performance metrics.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate and enrich consensus forecasts using historical data, market trends, and promotional overlays. - Facilitate monthly Demand Review (DMR) cycles, co-piloting with commercial leaders to validate forecasts and define risks and opportunities. - Collaborate with statistical modelers to maintain robust forecasting models and ensure data integrity. - Analyze POS, shipment data, and promotional effectiveness to refine demand signals. - Own the demand signal passed to supply chain, ensuring accuracy and alignment. - Lead KPI tracking and improvement plans for Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and Forecast Value Add (FVA). - Support product rationalization and portfolio optimization initiatives.

- Domain Expertise
- : - 10+ years in demand planning with strong business acumen. - Experience in international matrix environments and commercial business partnering. - Background in FMCG, toy, or fashion industries preferred. - APICS certification or relevant supply chain degree desirable.
