Descripción del trabajoManage the complete recruitment process. Search for candidates through different channels (cold searching and headhunting). Administer recruitment platforms and manage the internal hiring system. Update reports regularly. Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding required profiles. Participate in Human Resources projects. Onboarding, offboarding, 1 : 1 meetings, reports, and document collection. Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM | On site Salary : Base salary (in USD) + recruitment and onboarding bonuses. Location : Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX.

Requirements :
- 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection.
- Preferred : Experience in the logistics sector.
- Advanced English skills (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the full recruitment cycle.
- Effective communication skills.
- A strong sense of urgency and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
