Requirements :

  • 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Preferred : Experience in the logistics sector.
  • Advanced English skills (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the full recruitment cycle.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A strong sense of urgency and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the complete recruitment process.
  • Search for candidates through different channels (cold searching and headhunting).
  • Administer recruitment platforms and manage the internal hiring system.
  • Update reports regularly.
  • Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding required profiles.
  • Participate in Human Resources projects.
  • Onboarding, offboarding, 1 : 1 meetings, reports, and document collection.
  • Additional Information :

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM | On site
  • Salary : Base salary (in USD) + recruitment and onboarding bonuses.
  • Location : Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX.
