As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales team success.
Your primary objective will be to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives while guaranteeing a positive customer experience and efficient commercial operations.Key Responsibilities : Set and monitor sales targets for new vehicles – Wholesale and RetailAnalyze market behavior and propose strategies to achieve objectives by optimizing productionPerformance reports for management and corporateImplement processes, policies for retail and fleet operationAdditionally, you will coordinate vehicle reception, inventory management, and allocation to ensure availability.
You will also verify compliance with pricing policies, discounts, and incentive programs, as well as ensure that sales processes comply with internal and external regulations.Required Skills and Qualifications : 3–5 years in sales, commercial administration, or sales planningPrevious experience in the automotive sector is highly desirable (though not always mandatory)Managing vehicle inventory, allocation, and order planningCoordinating sales incentives and bonus programsPreparing and monitoring sales KPIs and performance reports for managementBuilding and maintaining relationships with the dealer network and / or sales forceSupporting product launches or commercial campaignsWe seek a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
