Responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and support processes by applying Lean principles, problem-solving methodologies, and operational excellence tools. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify waste, increase efficiency, improve quality, and strengthen safety while ensuring alignment with corporate Lean and business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Lean Tools Implementation : Applying VSM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, etc. methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement work standards and visual systems.
- Continuous Improvement Project Management by Leading projects focused on eliminating waste (muda), reducing cycle times, and improving operational efficiency.
- Lean Culture Development : Train and coach operational and technical staff in Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Encourage active staff participation in identifying improvement opportunities.
- Data Analysis and Decision-Making using statistical and data analysis tools to identify root causes and make evidence-based decisions.
- Monitor KPIs related to productivity and costs.
- Ensuring the Sustainability of Improvements : Document and standardize improved processes to ensure their long-term sustainability.
- Conduct compliance audits of GOMM standards and Quality Systems.
- Define and standardize labor and material logistics requirements based on production volumes, ensuring their alignment with the value streams identified in VSM (Value Stream Mapping) analyses.
Position Requirements
