Lead & Develop the Sales Team

  • Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals with KPIs (conversion rates, call-to-booking ratios, revenue targets).
  • Run structured training programs, roleplays, and biweekly 1 : 1s.
  • Provide coaching using CRM data, call reviews, and live feedback.
  • Recognize high performers while building clear action plans for underperformance.

Drive Sales Strategy & Process Optimization

  • Refine and adapt sales scripts based on data and market feedback.
  • Build best practices for engaging new inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure smooth booking and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Implement structured follow-up processes to maximize conversions.
  • Analyze & Report Performance

  • Track daily sales metrics (calls made, conversion rates, revenue, follow-up success).
  • Deliver weekly / monthly reports with insights and trends to senior leadership.
  • Set data-driven sales targets and create actionable plans to hit them.
  • Coach & Support

  • Conduct regular call reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Assist with high-value or complex sales calls.
  • Build an objection-handling playbook and roleplay responses with the team.
  • Foster peer-to-peer mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work with Operations for seamless scheduling and customer handoffs.
  • Provide Marketing with lead quality insights and campaign feedback.
  • Partner with Customer Success to increase recurring bookings and reduce churn.
  • Scale & Improve Processes

  • Standardize workflows, scripts, and templates for consistency.
  • Leverage CRM and automation tools (BookingKoala, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Build scalable training and sales systems to support company growth.
  • Focus on Recurring Revenue & Growth

  • Track and grow recurring bookings (weekly, biweekly, monthly).
  • Maintain dashboards for recurring revenue performance and sales attribution.
  • Coach reps on upgrading one-time cleans to recurring contracts.
  • Incentivize recurring closes and celebrate team wins.
  • Collaborate on win-back campaigns and reduce early churn.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience (call center, inside sales, or service-based sales preferred).
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong coaching, training, and people development skills.
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Data-driven decision maker who thrives on KPIs and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Starting Hourly Rate : $6-$9 USD per hour based on experience + profit based bonuses
