Head of SEO and PPC

About the Role

Tecla is looking for a hands‑on Head of SEO and PPC to own our SEO, Paid Media, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) programs. You’ll drive measurable growth in qualified traffic, leads, and conversions across our digital channels.

This is a high‑impact, full‑time remote role open to candidates across Latin America . You’ll report to our U.S.-based Marketing Lead and collaborate daily with Tecla’s designer, web developer, and marketing team.

Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy focused on ranking for high‑intent keywords and generating qualified leads.
• Conduct keyword research , competitor analysis , and content audits to uncover ranking opportunities.
• Optimize on‑page SEO elements including copy, metadata, internal linking, and schema.
• Track and improve technical SEO performance (Core Web Vitals, crawlability, redirects, etc.) in collaboration with our web developer.
• Manage link‑building and site authority initiatives.
• Provide SEO guidance for landing pages, blogs, and new site content.
