About the Role - Coordinating and actively managing one Operations project as a core team member to ensure the successful launch of new products.

Ensure full transparency within assigned projects, proactively reporting to different management levels (e.g., Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Project Manager), and escalate issues regarding HELLA instructions if necessary.

Responsibilities -

• Work within the project team following the HELLA PEP7 process for development projects.
• Monitor targets related to quality, cost, and timing (QTC) through analysis and evaluation of lessons learned and opportunities for improvement (Re-DtC).
• Support implementation actions to meet QTC targets, utilizing methods such as FMEA and Engineering Change Management to satisfy customer requirements and optimize economic efficiency.
• Initiate continuous product development to meet QCT targets like manufacturing costs, gross margin, and non-quality expenses, based on lessons learned and risk analysis, promoting lean manufacturing.
• Prepare presentations and quotations effectively.
• Collaborate effectively within the team.
