LocoLuxury is seeking a Sales Director to take command of our revenue operations and scale performance across 12+ flagship villas in Tulum .
This isn’t a back‑office role — it’s built for a strategic operator who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and results. You’ll design the sales engine, build the team, and own the numbers. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and scale all sales operations across the company with clear systems, structure, and accountability
- Build a high-performance culture grounded in ownership, targets, and measurable results
- Design and own the full sales engine — CRM, KPIs, pipeline management, call frameworks, reporting
- Drive revenue growth through direct bookings, partnerships, and upsell initiatives
- Personally close key deals and coach team members to perform at that level
- Run weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance sessions
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align campaigns, pricing, and lead generation
Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talentIdentify opportunities to expand market share and increase profitability across villas and experiencesRequirements
5+ years leading sales organizations or revenue teams in luxury hospitality, real estate, or travelProven track record of scaling revenue and building high‑performing sales systemsExpert in CRMs, data‑driven decision‑making, and performance metricsStrategic operator — can design structure, lead execution, and drive accountabilityRelentless closer with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example mentalityStrong communicator able to align sales, marketing, and leadership around growth goalsFluent in English; strong Spanish preferredBased in or willing to relocate full‑time to TulumDetails
