Requests commercial documents and uploads commercial documents into CargoWise.

Searches for and investigates information contained in files, inserts additional data on file records, completes reports, and keeps files current.

Handles data entry and documentation.

Review documents to check for accuracy, including piece count, the invoice matching the provided packing list, and to ensure that they comply with the necessary customs regulations.

GDL Office 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM CST / 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm CST

You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience

You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

You have an advanced English level is a must

7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM / 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Local Time, Monday through Friday
