About the Role

At Orion Innovation , we are looking for a Technical Product Manager – AI Ops to define and lead the roadmap for our next-generation AI agent solutions. This role bridges product strategy, client needs, and engineering execution — ensuring our AI-driven systems are innovative, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product roadmap for AI agents, aligned with client needs and emerging market trends.

Conduct market research on GenAI technologies and competitor offerings.

Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to ensure cross-functional alignment .

Drive Agile product development through sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking.

Partner with QA to ensure functionality, performance, and scalability.

Define and monitor KPIs like adoption rate, performance, and ROI.

Work with AI researchers to optimize AI model performance and ensure continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Program Management , ideally in AI or ML-driven environments.

Experience defining product strategies and managing AI or data-driven platforms .

Strong collaboration with engineering and data science teams.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies , LLMs , and AI agent integrations .

Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
