Lead the Fleet and Special Sales business line by achieving vehicle sales targets and delivering financing, leasing, and insurance solutions to corporate customers. Develop effective commercial strategies for corporate clients, manage key customer and partner relationships, coordinate end-to-end sales and delivery processes, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial guidelines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, leasing companies, financial institutions, and the agent network to maximize customer satisfaction and retention, while actively pursuing acquisition initiatives to continuously grow the customer base.
Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end fleet sales process, from negotiating financial terms to vehicle delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration across agents, finance, operations, and marketing teams.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, prepare precise forecasts and performance reports, and deliver strategic insights to senior management.
Design and implement commercial strategies for corporate clients, including fleet policies, incentive programs, and competitive offers, ensuring alignment with national and regional objectives.
