Digital Marketing Specialist
The ideal candidate has a strong ability to create, optimize, and report on digital campaigns, and is well‑versed in various marketing platforms to improve digital services.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Create and maintain landing pages with engaging content and design using HTML / CSS best practices.
- Optimize website UX features such as CTAs, bounce rate, responsive content and loading time.
- Database structure and management for storing and processing information in an SQL ambiance.
- Webchat / Chatbot flow design and integration using third‑party providers.
- Program and optimize outbound WhatsApp campaigns using in‑house and third‑party providers.
- Create and present performance reports sharing insights and optimization suggestions to clients.
- Create and activate digital surveys analyzing results to provide data‑oriented learnings and insights.
- Generate compelling content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to increase engagement and impressions.
- Execute social media and programmatic ads campaigns in coordination with cross‑functional teams.
- Support the patient‑oriented team to manage and launch digital solutions using Salesforce‑based tools.
- Design, program and execute digital materials for email marketing and SMS campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the digital marketing team to ensure effective execution of campaigns and projects.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor digital marketing strategies across channels including social media, SEO / SEM, email, paid media, and website.
- Oversee content planning, creation, and distribution to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic) from planning through reporting.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure ROI, optimize campaigns, and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (brand, product, sales, and communication marketing) to align digital efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Ensure continuous improvement through testing, learning, and implementing new tools and trends in digital marketing.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and platforms to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and digital innovations to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
- Oversee budget allocation, tracking, and reporting for digital campaigns.

3 years of experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or related.
Degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or related.Advanced English (mandatory).HTML, HTML5, CSS, Java, and Adobe Suite.Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory), with proficiency in database management using Excel and report creation using PowerPoint.Desirable Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Epsilon, etc.).Strong focus on detail‑oriented tasks.Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills.Desirable Power BI skills for dashboard creation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
