Territory Sales Manager

Descripción del trabajoDrive sales growth and margin performance across Mexico. Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users in manufacturing and machining. Identify and close new business opportunities; manage pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot CRM. Recruit and support channel partners through training, co-selling, and regular performance reviews. Conduct site visits, demos, and presentations—communicating Aeroex's modular design and advanced fibrebed filtration advantages. Provide market feedback on pricing, competitors, and regional trends. 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment, OEM, or capital goods. Technical aptitude and confidence working with engineers and production teams. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing regional markets. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Bilingual (Spanish and English required). Proficiency in Google and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred). Willingness to travel frequently within Mexico and occasionally to the U.S. or Canada. Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses. Paid vacation and travel expense coverage.
