A background in manufacturing is a plus.Experience of leading talent initiatives to drive business outcomes (succession planning, performance management, leadership development, coaching)Hands-on experiences in leading talent initiatives that support business strategy.Experience of Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Employee Experience, Culture Transformation, and / or Coaching.Extensive experience in workshop design and facilitation.Fast and agile learner with a strong data and analytics mindset.Have a high level of interpersonal skills; process-oriented and detail-focused.Ability to work across cultures and navigate matrixed environments.Collaborative working style - ability to develop strong relationships with peers and teams across all levels to drive outcomes.Market intelligence to inform regional talent strategies.Strong communication and project management skillsFluent in Spanish and English are required; Portuguese is a plus.Expertise in OD / OE, and Strategic Workforce Planning are a plus.Certification in assessment tools such as DiSC / KornFerry Leadership Assessment and / or coaching are a plus.
