We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Mexico or Brazil to join our Plastic Business Unit. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence across Latin America. Sales & Market Development
~ Drive market expansion and secure sales orders across Latin America.
~ Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
~ Analyse sales data and monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
~ Budget & Performance Management
~ Manage and control sales budgets responsibly.
~ Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales effectiveness and continuously improve sales processes for greater efficiency and impact.
Collaborate closely with headquarters sales team, product development, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales initiatives.
~ Travel domestically and internationally to support customer service, perform site visits, and relay quality-related feedback promptly.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable laws.
~ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
Minimum 5 years of proven sales and business development experience specifically in the advertising materials or tarpaulin materials.
~ Candidates must have direct sales experience with relevant products and within our industry.
Regional & Market Expertise
~ Strong understanding of Latin American markets, including economic conditions, business practices, local regulations, and market trends.
~ Demonstrated cultural awareness and relationship-building skills with clients across the region.
Excellent communication skills in English are required for coordination with the global team.
~ Strong cross-cultural collaboration abilities, ideally with experience working in global teams.
~ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
