The platform helps restaurants, bars, hotels, and catering businesses digitalize and optimize operational processes, improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.The software offers tools for operations and audits management, inventory and purchasing control, staff scheduling, digital training, real-time analytics, and regulatory compliance.Your New RoleAs Senior Project Manager – SaaS Implementation & Onboarding, you will lead the deployment and onboarding of the software for new clients in Mexico. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, including onboarding specialists, product, and development, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their business needs into project requirements, documenting processes, and maintaining communication with the global team.
