Plant Controller.

As Plant Controller you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Finance Regional Mgr.

Key responsibilities include :

• Provide business guidance and support with cost and profitability reporting to all functional managers
• Ensure internal controls are in place and working
• Review and assess inventory risks
• Maintenance of fiscal records, preparation of its financial reports.
• Management for general accounting, MX / US accounting, internal auditing, cost accounting, billing, payroll, AR, AP forecasting, financial closing activities and budgetary controls.
• Lead in monthly accounting close process including account reconciliations and value-added variance analysis.
• Ensure SOX compliance.
• Ensure delivery of financials (P&L, BS, FCF) Planned & actual on time and manner.
• Financial Forecast.
• Prepare month financial statements, forecasts and team review report.
• Oversees internal and external audits (Mexican financial books audit, social security and housing calculations audit, import / export audits).
• Monitor inventories and control of scrap and its sales.
• Submit quarterly tax information.
