We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Qualitative to oversee and manage the full project lifecycle- from bid to invoice. We’re transforming as a business and in this role, you’ll get to collaborate with every function in our organization and be a connector who partners broadly to help delight customers and grow our business. How You’ll Make an Impact :

• Project Management : Lead and manage multiple market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
• Client Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem-Solving : Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track and identify growth opportunities for our business
• Bid and Proposal Development : Work closely with sales and research teams to develop competitive and compelling research proposals, pricing strategies, and project feasibility assessments.
• Quality Control : Implement best practices and quality control measures to maintain high standards in data accuracy, reporting, and client satisfaction.
• Operational Execution : Oversee all aspects of project execution, including survey programming, translations, data collection, and field reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Budget & Financial Management : Track project budgets, manage costs, and submit invoice to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
