Descripción del trabajoThis position is open to Mexico & LATAM candidates About Three Rivers Collective Three Rivers Collective is an ecommerce holding company based in Appleton, Wisconsin, United States, specializing in the sports and outdoors industry. We own and operate multiple successful D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands including Gerry Davis Sports, a leader in sports officiating equipment and apparel; GR8 Call, apparel and equipment for sports officials; and Haat Fishing, providing premium fishing gear. Through our manufacturing capabilities and direct-to-consumer business model, we're able to deliver high-quality products that serve passionate sports and outdoor enthusiasts across North America. Job Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO. This role combines traditional executive assistance with light operational support for our growing ecommerce holding company in the sports and outdoors industry. If you were with us last month, you would have : Researched and planned a vacation and work trip to Thailand for the CEO, handling all logistics from flights to daily itineraries Managed a busy inbox, triaging emails and responding to routine correspondence Organized and maintained the CEO's calendar, ensuring efficient time management Processed expense reports and handled reimbursements for the CEO Coordinated meal planning and grocery delivery services Created several SOPs by recording, editing, and documenting key processes from video content The best job candidate for this role will be : Naturally organized, with a deep appreciation for creating and maintaining efficient systems Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in all tasks Patient and composed, especially when handling changing priorities A good listener who pays careful attention to instructions and preferences Diplomatic and thoughtful in all communications Methodical in their approach to problem-solving Someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards Reliable and consistent in following through on commitments Required Skills and Experience : 2+ years of experience in an executive support role Expert-level calendar and email management skills Proven experience in comprehensive travel planning Strong technical aptitude with common business software Experience creating clear documentation and SOPs Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Proficiency in video recording and basic editing Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Hours Full-time position (40 hours per week) Required availability : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM CST (core hours) Flexible availability needed between 4 : 00 PM - 8 : 00 PM CST for CEO needs Must be willing to adjust schedule occasionally for travel planning or urgent matters Time zone alignment is crucial for this role Work Requirements A private work environment free of distractions and minimal background noise Reliable internet connection with sufficient speeds and a wired connection to support VOIP Modern computer with minimum specifications : 16GB RAM Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better Solid State Drive (SSD) Webcam and quality headset Self-motivated work style Strong attention to detail Note : We will work with outstanding candidates who do not have all the technical requirements and provide equipment and support to facilitate the appropriate working conditions.
