Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their email marketing agency. As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution, and fostering a collaborative environment within their team. Responsibilities :

• Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communication, and ensuring timely and effective project updates.
• Project Management : Oversee project execution from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams (design, copywriting, and strategy) to deliver high-quality email marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
• Client Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
• Project Planning : Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring clear expectations and successful project outcomes.
• Issue Resolution : Proactively identify and resolve any project issues or client concerns, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with our design, copywriting, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive and effective email campaigns that meet client objectives.
• Client Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular project reports and updates to clients, highlighting campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
• Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
