If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a Quality Coordinator , reporting directly to Quality Manager to join our team based in Ensenada, BC, Mexico.

Supporting the development, improvements and deployment of Quality Management systems and tools & Implements employee trainings.

Assisting the Quality Department Manager in the implementation of Quality activities at Operating Center and contributes to its constant improvement.

Main accountabilities;

• Configures and updates the QMS (Quality Management System) and contributes to its continuous improvement
• Compiles and analyzes quality data, identifies trends and causes
• Assists Project or Department in conducting audits / reviews and is responsible for follow-up
• Assists Project Quality Manager in routine project quality activities as assigned
• Reviews the accuracy and availability of all Quality related documentation
• Supports to define training plan and implement on time
• Communicates programs, standards and procedures to the quality team and other plant employees
• Participates in the elaboration of Group tools and policies to measure performance
• Reports regularly regarding the system performance and new developments
• Participates in the specification and acquisition of adequate Group tools
• Carries out statistical analysis and work as per the result derived from the analysis
