The Fulfillment Responsible (FR) will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of AI-driven solutions for our clients. This role bridges the gap between sales, solution design, and technical execution—ensuring that client engagements are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • English Proficiency : Fluent in written and verbal English to communicate effectively with international clients, coordinate cross-border teams, and draft professional project documentation.
  • Python Competency : Basic proficiency in Python to analyze AI solution workflows, collaborate with technical teams on implementation, and interpret routine data outputs.
  • AI Industry Passion : Demonstrable interest in artificial intelligence trends, applications, and best practices, with a willingness to deepen expertise in AI-driven solution delivery.
  • Team Collaboration Skills : Strong ability to build relationships and coordinate with Sales (AR), Solution Architects (SR), Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure seamless project handover and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery Management : Lead and oversee the implementation of AI solutions post-sales, ensuring alignment with the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Client Engagement : Serve as the client’s primary operational contact during project delivery; ensure transparency, manage expectations, and drive satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate closely with Sales (AR), Solution Architects (SR), Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure seamless handover and delivery.
  • Operational Excellence : Implement delivery best practices and quality assurance processes; ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify potential delivery risks or issues and lead resolution efforts to minimize impact on timelines and client satisfaction.
  • Change Management : Manage change requests and scope adjustments in collaboration with the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate delivery documentation and provide regular updates to internal leadership and clients on progress, risks, and performance.
