Key Responsibilities
Growth-Focused Customer Engagement
Strategic Relationship Building : Occasionally lead structured calls and check-ins designed to uncover insights that can multiply placement volume.
High-Impact Follow-Through : Translate every conversation into actionable next steps—pilots, bundle offerings, volume discounts, account strategies—to accelerate account expansion.
Data-Driven Insights & Gameplan Adjustments
KPI Analysis : Continuously monitor leads, placements, funnel conversions, and revenue metrics to spot emerging trends and untapped opportunities.
Proactive Strategy Shifts : Identify plateaus or bottlenecks early, then revise account gameplans to introduce new services, product features, or personalized recommendations that boost placements.
Outcome-Focused Reporting : Present concise, targeted reports that tie proposed actions to tangible placement growth and ROI gains.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Marketing & Promotional Alignment : Partner with marketing to craft campaigns driving additional placements.
Support & Product Coordination : Work with customer success to champion customer needs internally, ensuring swift resolution of technical hurdles that might slow hiring or reduce capacity.
Recruiter Partnership : Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure adequate talent pools are available and to mitigate any skill gaps that could limit placements.
Elevating Top Performers : Identify high-performing recruiters for each account and reinforce their contributions with targeted recognition or rewards, further driving performance and customer satisfaction.
Revenue & Placement Growth Leadership
Revenue Accountability : Own the revenue goals for your accounts, setting aggressive yet achievable targets for monthly placement increases.
Forecasting & Scaling : Consistently forecast growth potential, ensuring the organization is prepared to meet demand through the right resources and staffing.
Strategic Customer Expansions : Champion expansions into new specialties, leveraging data to illustrate how each extension can translate into additional placements.
What We’re Looking For
Revenue-Driven Mindset : Proven track record in an account management, sales, or customer-facing role with a clear focus on hitting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
