Role Purpose
The role requires partnership with the Wholesale Banking Management Team.
It will follows up on various work streams and initiatives underway which fall under the umbrella of Regulatory Compliance Risk providing policy and regulatory advice related to WHOLESALE BANKING products and services, and ensure that the Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance risks function is resourced adequately to address the risks associated with WHOLESALE BANKING in Mexico
Requirements
Seasoned Compliance professional is highly desirable
Detailed and extensive knowledge of the HSBC Group structure, its business and personnel, and HSBC's corporate culture.
PUBLIC
Broad and deep understanding of WSB businesses, regulatory rules and laws, industry issues, WSB business operations and priorities
Experience of dealing with regulatory matters
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with experience of dealing with executives at all levels.
Ability to develop practical, cost effective solutions to complex global issues.
Proficiency in English.
