• What You Will Do
• Develop production skills, learn to troubleshoot and gain expert knowledge of the product supply industry
• Create technical skills in different areas of the Supply Chain
• Get to know and practice the company's ways of working with tools such as DDS, DOM, RCA, etc
• Network with other graduates and build networks across the company
• Support experienced roles in daily tasks
• Drive and support projects to secure product supply improvements and deliverables
• Perform standard technical tasks an prepare standard operations sheets
• Monitor production processes and work methods; and collect, compile, and analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve production processes
• Who You Are
• Final year engineering students
• Less than 1 year of experience
• Fluent in English
• Available international mobility
• Essentially availability of morning hours (Monday and Friday 7 : 00 -14 : 00 hrs)
• High level of learning agility
• Drive for continuous learning and development
• Autodidactic, change agent, talented, enthusiastic, passionate, proven path of leadership
