What you'll do

We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Monterrey. You’ll be responsible for managing strategic accounts and prospecting new enterprise clients—positioning Clara as the most trusted spend management partner for businesses across Northern Mexico.

In this role, you will :

Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers at enterprise companies.

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for B2B clients—from onboarding and activation to renewal and expansion.

Analyze account health through sell-in, sell-out, and portfolio performance data to identify opportunities and risks.

Execute tailored sales and marketing strategies with partners to drive adoption and account growth.

Maintain commercial contact with both existing and prospective clients, always seeking ways to add value.

Forecast sales performance and pipeline with discipline and precision.

Leverage your knowledge of ERP integrations , financial budgeting , and modeling to engage in high-impact conversations with CFOs and financial stakeholders.

Combine FARMER and HUNTER instincts to retain, grow, and acquire accounts with a focus on long-term value.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Must haves

5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Customer Success in a B2B model

Proven success onboarding and growing enterprise accounts

Strong analytical and commercial skills, including sales forecasting

Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English

Structured thinker with a bias for action and results

Based in Monterrey , with a solid understanding of the regional business environment

Nice to haves

Experience in Financial Services , Banking , or Insurance

Knowledge of ERP systems , financial planning, and budgeting tools

Ability to build deep relationships with C-level stakeholders

Interest in using AI tools to drive commercial success

Basic proficiency in Portuguese or willingness to learn

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.

We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
