Executive Sous Chef – Relocate to Jamaica! – Up to $55k

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Executive Sous Chef to join the culinary team at a modern luxury resort. As second-in-command, you’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and actively support service on the line.

Benefits :

50,000–$55,000 USD salary plus housing allowance and full relocation assistance
Temporary accommodation and work permit provided as part of an expat support package

Requirements :

Proven experience as an Executive or Senior Sous Chef in an all-inclusive resort, with a strong focus on hands-on, floor-based operations.

Skilled in menu planning, recipe development, and maintaining high standards of creativity and presentation across multiple outlets.

Strong leadership abilities, with experience training, motivating, and guiding large culinary teams in high-volume environments.

Solid understanding of food cost control, HACCP compliance, inventory management, and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.
