Position : Fulfillment Specialist
Location : Remote
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST
Compensation : $900 USD / month
We’re hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to manage ongoing communication and coordination with clients who are subscribed to our services. Your primary responsibility is to make sure clients receive everything they’ve signed up for—on time, accurately, and with a great experience.
This role is ideal for someone organized, client-focused, and proactive in follow-through. You’ll act as the bridge between our internal team and the client to ensure smooth execution and strong retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow up with subscribed clients to gather necessary information and assets
- Track each client’s fulfillment progress to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Respond to client questions and provide updates on service delivery
- Coordinate with internal team members to keep delivery on schedule
- Maintain clear records and update client status in project management tools
- Identify and resolve basic client issues or escalate when needed
