Salary : $20,000 MXN net / month

About the Role :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Commissions Specialist to ensure accurate and timely commission payments for our sales team. If you're skilled with numbers, enjoy problem-solving, and love working with spreadsheets and accounting software, this is your chance to shine.

Key Responsibilities :

• Learn and manage Brandwise / MarketTime to process invoices and payments.
• Prepare commission statements using advanced Excel functions.
• Keep precise records in QuickBooks .
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in commission data.
• Collaborate with internal teams using Outlook and Teams .

What You Bring :

2+ years of accounting experience

1+ year of experience with QuickBooks

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Advanced Excel skills

Fluent in English (professional level, not native)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
