We're looking for a highly motivated & detail-oriented marketer to become our next Marketing Ops & Content Coordinator. In this role, you will support all aspects of marketing operations including managing our content creator program, footage processing, and in-platform campaign / ad set up. The ideal candidate will have experience with paid social / Ads Manager, content creation and basic video editing. Marketing Ops & Content Coordinator must be a highly organized problem solver with excellent communication skills. This is a full-time contract-based role, located remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively source and manage partnerships with external content creators and influencers; own all communication, contract negotiations, content approvals, creative briefs and invoicing
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and creative team to continually produce strong pipeline of high-performing new content for video ads
  • Manage project plans and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met with an emphasis on quality
  • Process new video content using Adobe Premiere and organize / tag within internal systems
  • Prep and transfer organized project files and assets to external freelance editors; manage coordination and delivery timelines
  • Support paid social ad operations : set up & execute ad creation / campaigns in-platform (e.g. Ads Manager, Snapchat, Tiktok etc) with emphasis on efficiency and accuracy
  • Organize and update all marketing resources across internal systems and trackers
  • Maintain accuracy of naming conventions and nomenclature across digital channels
  • Participate in enhancing our asset development strategy and content creator program, staying on top of industry and social media trends
  • Assist with drafting creative briefs for influencer and content creator partners
  • Proactively communicate project updates, timelines & risks / roadblocks to internal team
  • This role reports jointly to a Growth Marketing Manager & Lead Video Editor

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or video production
  • BA / BS degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, Visual Media or related field
  • Experience with Ads Manager and other paid social marketing channels (e.g. Snap, Tiktok)
  • Proficiency in video editing, specifically with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Fluent in English : strong written & verbal communication skills are a must
  • Fluency in German or Italian is a major plus
  • Self-motivated, highly organized & comfortable managing multiple work streams at once. You thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and execute projects successfully
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to get your point across in a succinct and professional manner
  • Keen eye for social media content, emerging trends, viral moments and digital video
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, social media content creation and the influencer landscape
  • Passion for beauty with strong knowledge in makeup and skincare products
