Senior Web / Digital Designer - Mexico City - Hybrid

As a Sr. Web / Digital Designer on our Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for creating exceptional, strategic user experiences across the Gigamon web and digital platforms. This hybrid role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You’ll report to a senior leader within the marketing or design team and will be an individual contributor (IC) with opportunities to both lead and support projects. The design team plays a critical role in shaping the Gigamon brand and delivering user-centric digital solutions that drive engagement and business success.

What You’ll Do :

• Address design challenges with creative solutions, making both strategic and tactical decisions.
• Design and deliver pixel-perfect visuals, wireframes, and prototypes for a variety of platforms, including mobile, tablet, animation, and responsive web.
• Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and other business units to align digital design with business goals.
• Lead or support multiple web design and digital assets projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
• Stay updated on industry standards, UI / UX and digital design trends, and best practices to maintain high-quality design outputs.
• Develop and apply innovative approaches to web and digital assets, including the development of interactive elements and animations that enhance the user experience, social media graphics, and email banners / templates.
