Mexico Manufacturing Hr Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Professional to join our team in Mexico.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Spanish and English, and have experience in manufacturing HR or labor-intensive industries.Job Description : The successful candidate will be responsible for managing local employee records, contracts, and attendance data.

They will also support payroll input and employee benefits administration, assist with employee relations, internal communication, and daily inquiries, and ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for local employeesMaintain accurate employee records, contracts, and attendance dataSupport payroll input and employee benefits administrationAssist with employee relations, internal communication, and daily inquiriesEnsure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulationsRequired Skills and Qualifications : Based in Mexico, familiar with local employment practices and labor law.

Fluent in Spanish, able to communicate in English; Mandarin is a plus.
