Essential Education and Experience :
5+ years IT client service desk or support experienceAssociates degree or equivalent experience.
Essential Skills and Abilities :
Bilingual 85%Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, MS Office, Router, Switch and Access Point configuration, backup systems and DriveCloud environmentsLAN / WAN, PC’s, printers, Server knowledgeNetwork knowledge
Certifications / Licenses :

CompTIA A+CompTIA Network+Microsoft Technology Associate

JOB DEEscrituraION :
1.Administrator for NETWORK LAN / WAN, duties include :
Maintaining network servers including but not limited to File, Print, Fax, SQL and ERP for Meraki SD WanMaintaining VM Ware, Hyper-v.Maintaining remote access capabilities; examples are VPN, in network hardware maintenance and upgrades including servers, switches, cabling, routers, firewalls, access points, and upgrading PC’s and and support for Cloud services such as SharePoint and OneDrive and Azure hosted VMs.
2.Systems Backup Procedures on network servers.
Routine monitoring of backup systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of backup of recovery from backups
3.ITW Policy / Guidelines Conformance
Verify we comply with ITW policies as they relate to Information Systems Including but not limited to :
i.IT General Controls Guidelines
Policy General Computer Controls
Information Security Standards
4.Troubleshoot Hardware problems in the following areas :
PC’sPrinters, including bar coding equipmentScannersCommunication equipmentOversees CCTV and Voice Paging System
5.Under the direction of the IT Manager purchasing functions to include :
Configuring, ordering PC’s and that all hardware and software purchases are compatible with network in Vendor selection for PC hardware and accessories including backup media, printers, scanners, in software selection including network software for backups, utilities, and communications packages.
6.End-User support :
Assist users in software problem resolutionWindows operating systemsMS Office Version access, including mapping drives and sharing users in hardware problem ’s and
7.Hardware and Software Inventories
Maintaining and updating inventory database of PC configurations and software and tracking software media, including licenses.
