Will play a crucial role in managing third-party applications across on-prem, cloud-hosted and vendor hosted primary focus of this role is application management, including implementation, patching, upgrading and ensuring seamless integration with the rest of the IT ecosystem. While development work is minimal, the role requires a strong understanding of SQL, API integrations, scripting (batch, PowerShell, bash) and familiarity with Windows / Linux server and IIS. Responsibilities : 1. Manage vendor-provided applications, ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance.2. Collaborate with agile teams to implement, configure, and integrate applications into existing IT environment.3. Conduct regular patching, updates, and upgrades to maintain application security and functionality.4. Write scripts for automation and integration purposes.5. Configure system components to meet customer requirements.6. Provide product and subject matter expertise.
Experiencia y requisitos
1. A bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.2. Strong SQL knowledge and experience with database management3. Basic scripting and automation knowledge using languages such as python and PowerShell.4. Familiarity with MuleSoft, SAP PI or other integration / middleware solutions.5. Knowledge of Linux or Windows Server operating systems.6. Highly desirable : a. Experience implementing Time & Attendance / Workforce Management software solutions such as UKG Workforce Dimensions, Kronos, ADP, 3G.b. Time and Labor systems implementation experience.c. Experience with IIS (Internet Information Services)7. Experience with cloud technologies and services is a plus.8. Familiarity with encryption technologies, including GPG is a plus.9. Azure DevOps experience is a plus.10. Hands-on UKG Dimensions training provided.
