Job Profile

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Modification and development of PLC programs for production equipment. Support application and integration of Manufacturing Execution System in the plant. Support technical discussions with external / internal departments. Provide proposals for plant system improvement. Cooperation with development departments, support improvement of traceability. Plan, lead, and execute new technology projects with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain project schedules, provide regular project updates, maintain contact with project staff. Debug and test PLC and HMI software. Installation and development of projects involving new technologies based on Co-Bot programming. Provide support to Plant's new technology strategies based on Co-Bots, PLC and HMI programming. Qualifications

EDUCATION & ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Engineering degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanics, or related technical field. Bilingual (Spanish and advanced English ).

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

3 or more years of experience in programming PLC. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving methodologies. Ability to provide Customer Service / Feedback on the spot. Experience with PLC / IPC, networks, communications. Experience in implementation of Nexeed MES solutions (OpCon Classic, OpCon+), Robotics, Siemens, Rockwell, Festo is a plus Ability to work in cross-functional teams with a high degree of self-initiative. Co-Bots and Robots knowledge preferred
