Job Description Summary
The Web Delivery Manager will ensure that web content adheres to content specifications and will coordinate with the relevant teams to complete tasks such as design, web tagging, site provisioning, cookie consent, SEO recommendations, SERM, and SEO schema implementation. They will also integrate forms with SFMC and understand medical, legal, and regulatory approvals to ensure compliance and proper authorization.

Key Responsibilities
- Strong project management skills, including time management, stakeholder management, and leading content management without authority.
- Understanding of approval workflows (FUSE, MLR).
- Organizing and coordinating teams to incorporate forms and integrate with SFMC / databases.
- Coordinating with IT, site provisioning, and domain definition teams.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders and leading projects without direct authority.
- Reviewing intake forms and providing feedback aligned with business needs.
- Coordinating and reviewing project timelines created by external agencies and content owners, advising on best practices and features.
- Communicating with the Program Manager about backlog requests and bugs to the Product Team.
- Maintaining communication with the Delivery Enablement team for next steps and risk management.
- Supporting BAs, Content Authors, and Designers in scoping and managing timelines and processes.
- Proactively identifying potential risks and suggesting mitigation scenarios.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in web development, computer science, marketing, or related fields.Advanced degree in a relevant area is a plus.Proficiency in Project or Program Management.Approximately 10-12 years of experience in advertising agencies.Experience working in complex matrix environments.Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory approvals.Knowledge of US marketing processes.Experience with CMS platforms like Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar, especially in advertising agencies.Skills & Qualifications
Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.Understanding of production principles for marketing campaigns, videos, and photoshoots.Familiarity with new-generation technologies and trends (Gen AI and Agentic AI) is an advantage.Strong proficiency in English.Commitment to Inclusion
