NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Senior GenAI Analyst to work remotely with our global client. Preferred locations are Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, or Peru.

Responsibilities :

• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven solutions and use cases.
• Design and implement GenAI models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP-to-SQL, and conversational assistants using platforms like OpenAI and Gemini.
• Develop and fine-tune AI models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Ensure robustness of predictive models by validating, deploying, and monitoring performance in real-world applications.
• Optimize data workflows with strong SQL expertise, managing complex queries, database integration, and data manipulation.
• Leverage Microsoft Azure tools (Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics) for scalable AI solutions and model deployment.
• Apply advanced machine learning techniques including classification, regression, clustering, and dimensionality reduction.
• Implement CI / CD practices and containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
• Communicate findings and strategies in English, ensuring clarity in technical and business discussions.
