Recepcionista Bilingüe - Bilingual Recepcionist

CHIPSA Hospital in Playas de Tijuana is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to ensure the quality of the "first contact" with our patients, being an extension of the image, and provide attention to internal and external personnel in their information requirements.

• Responsibilities
• Greet and direct patients and visitors to the appropriate department.
• Ensure all patients enrolled in the ERP System.
• Ensure all medical passes being expedite as per parameters.
• Ensure a proper usage of the petty cash disbursements.
• Ensure the gift shop has updated prices and enough inventory.
• Qualifications
• Written / verbal English
• Technical / professional degree (desirable)
• Customer service attitude and experience
• Microsoft Office and G-Suite proficiency
