We're looking for an Indirect Recruitment Assistant to support our team with the following functions :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle : from initial candidate search and interviews to final selection.
- Strategically post job openings on various job boards.
- Conduct employment references to ensure the quality of our candidates.
- Administer and apply psychometric tests through our system, interpreting the results.
